There’s something so soft, dreamy and peaceful about an intimate in studio maternity session. It’s the quiet calm before a baby arrives. The time for us mamas to plan & visualize for the future. The time to connect with your family before it grows even bigger. The time to really see your beauty and appreciate the wonders of carrying a child. I love photographing these types of sessions, and I certainly don’t do as many of these as I would like, but I am so incredibly thankful for this job. It’s such a rewarding role to witness these big moments, family connections and relationships. It’s really given me a profound feeling of how much motherhood means. We are so incredibly lucky to be given this role of mother.

There is something so special about including grandparents in your newborn session. For this session, we welcomed both sets of grandparents to celebrate their newest family member, creating memories that will be treasured for generations.

One of my favorite parts? My client wardrobe dressed all 8 people in this session! After 9 years of thoughtfully building it, my wardrobe now includes over 150 dresses for moms, beautiful outfits for little ones from newborn through the teen years, and a variety of shirts for dads (and grandpas, too!). It`s all included with every session to make the experience as stress-free and cohesive as possible.

When you book your newborn, family, or maternity session with me, you don`t have to worry about coordinating outfits—I have you covered so you can focus on what matters most: loving on your family.
