About ME
Hello! I’m Shannon, a natural light photographer located in Denver, Colorado specializing in Children & Families, Maternity and Newborn. I’ve spent the last 12 years capturing momentous milestones, documenting growing families and recording the everlasting bond of mother and child. I have a laid back approach with the ability to connect with each family member. My goal is to effectively guide you in order to capture those fun, relaxed, tender moments that you so badly want to hold onto. My heart is drawn to soft muted tones, neutrals and feminine textures, which allows the images to exude emotion and connection. I offer a high end unique experience focused on making the entire process smooth, straight forward & seamless.
With three kids, you never quite know what to expect (I should know, being a mom of three myself 😂). Just wait until you see that last photo!
Getting to photograph this family year after year brings me so much joy. I think this was one of our best shoots to date — we all had so much fun, and I loved every minute of it!

Can we talk about how dang precious this little girl is?! Those sweet expressions and that personality! She made this session way too much fun!
We all know golden hour, about an hour before sunset, is when most of my outdoor sessions take place. But I also know that during the summer, those late sunsets don’t always work well with early bedtimes!
If an evening session feels a little too close to bedtime for your family, let’s do a morning session instead! This session was photographed in the morning, and I absolutely love how it turned out.
Being a mom of three, I completely understand that keeping little ones out of the house past their normal routine isn’t always ideal. But don’t let a late sunset be the reason you skip family photos altogether. Just let me know and I can definitely accommodate a morning session!
