Meet the L Family – the total package, both adorable AND sweet! All 3 of them are blessed with these gorgeous blue eyes that conveniently matched the beautiful sky that day. It’s funny how life works. When you have a baby, you don’t realize all the amazing fellow mamas you’re going to meet. The ones who are right there in the trenches with you. The ones who come into your life right at the perfect moment. Our baby boys brought us together, and I’m so thankful for this friendship! And those precious babies! Thank you so much L Family. Just a few of my favorites from this year’s Motherhood Event.

This session at Highlands Ranch Mansion was so much fun to photograph!

I always love shooting here because it is such a beautiful and versatile location. Between the gardens, the architecture, and all the different little spots around the property, it photographs so beautifully every single time.

My 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐧, and the gardens should be blooming within the next month which is always my favorite time of year here.

These sessions will be weekday evenings only, and spots can be reserved now by sending me a DM or text message.

It feels a little funny posting blooms while we’re currently sitting under 7 inches of snow (and yes… school was cancelled today 😅).

But this is Colorado—the snow will melt in a few days, and in a few weeks everything is going to be so green from it. Those rolling hills + fresh wildflowers are coming, and it’s one of my favorite seasons to photograph.

I only have 𝐓𝐖𝐎 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐭 that should land right in that peak greenery:
• Sunday 5/24
• Saturday 6/13

This session was extra special… because it was my giveaway winner 🤍

What started as one last lonely unbooked Mother’s Day mini turned into getting to meet this sweet mama and capture this season with her daughter.

She picked everything from the client closet, and I’m not kidding when I say this is one of my favorite mother + daughter wardrobe combos ever… soft, timeless, and so beautifully in sync.
