this life is prettier with you {week 7}

Happy Friday! We did lots of Valentines celebrations in the last week. I think both of my kids had candy for breakfast last Saturday morning…that can never lead to a good afternoon! Ha!

And both of my kids had “half birthdays” this week…they always get a kick out of that! For those of you that don’t know, my kids’ birthdays are 1 day apart, so they are always celebrating together:) So now I have an 8 1/2 and a 6 1/2 year old:) They wanted to know where their presents were?!

We were also blessed with a cold front this week. 31 degrees this morning. This is about as cold as it gets in FL, and it only happens once or twice a year. These FL babies would run around in just bathing suits all the time if it were up to them, so the requirement of wearing pants, socks, boots, long sleeves AND a big puffy jacket did not go over well. Ha!

Just lots of lounging, playing & snuggling around these parts this past week, and every week always includes puppy play!

I posted this sneak peek on my stories recently, but I decided it needed a permanent spot on my feed because I just love this photo so much!

Some images just stick with you, and this is definitely one of them.

Now I have a question for you... as a client, do you prefer receiving a sneak peek after your session, or would you rather wait until your full gallery is delivered before seeing any of your photos? I'd love to know!

Four years of Motherhood Minis with these sweet girls.

One of the greatest joys of being a photographer is getting to watch your little ones grow year after year. It truly is such a privilege and an honor to preserve these seasons for your family.

Time has a way of slipping by faster than we ever expect. The tiny hands, the giggles, the way they look at you right now—it all changes before you know it.

Don’t wait for the “perfect” time. Book the session. Your future self (and your children) will be so grateful you did.
