The G Family’s Portrait Session: Fort Desoto Beach {St. Petersburg, FL Beach Photographer}

The G Family was here in town on vacation and had contacted me about doing a beach portrait session for their family. It was a very typical FL summer day here and a storm had been rolling in. This has been a crazy summer this year…tons of rain (more than usual) and lots of crazy storms. And this night was no exception. I remember it was raining at my house when I left, but you can usually tell if it’s going to blow over, and I was pretty confident this time that it would. It was overcast and hazy when we started the session, but sure enough, that beautiful sunset decided to come out at the end and grace us with its beauty. I LOVE when that happens. The G Family hadn’t had family photos since their boys were really young, so I was so happy we could get all these gorgeous new memories of their growing boys. Thank you so much G Fam for asking me to take these for you! I had a blast!
