The R Family’s Dreamy Session!

This entire photo shoot was just a dream! This one will definitely go down as 1 of my top 5 favorite sessions of 2012! Seriously!!… It could’ve gone either way though:) I was driving up to meet the R Family at a spot near their home. It’s always a little nerve wracking going to to a session at a new place, site unseen. You never know what you’re going to walk into. Could be too much light…sometimes not enough light. Then you hear there’s going to be 3 boys…typically toddler boys are the hardest to shoot. They’re generally very active and not at all interested in taking pictures. But this session was ALL perfect. I showed up and saw this gorgeous horse farm set back on these beautiful paths and the striking sunset peeking out thru the trees. Couldn’t get anymore perfect! Then it was just icing on the cake when I photograph these 3 precious boys…they were amazing! So well behaved, sweet, they were good listeners and gave me all these adorable smiles! Thank you so much R Family for asking me to capture these moments. I had so much fun!! Wishing you guys a fabulous 2013!!!

Another year has come & gone. This was my 13th year as a photographer and my 5th year here in Denver. Whoever said, “the days are long, but the years are short” couldn’t be more right. Capturing the love & connections of each of your families has been a privilege. I simply cannot think of another thing I’d rather do than create these memories for your families to enjoy for generations to come. ‘Thank you’ will never be enough for how grateful I feel for all of you who support me, follow my feeds, comment, share and encourage me. It was another busy fulfilling year for me. I did 184 sessions this year, and here, I present just a tiny glimpse into each one♥
